Jen-Inn Chyi

Professor Chyi is professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering of National Central University (NCU) and an Adjunct Research Fellow of Academia Sinica, Taiwan. His research interest includes epitaxial growth of III-V semiconductor heterostructures for high-speed electronic and optoelectronic devices. He was Director of Optical Sciences Center from 2000 to 2007, Dean of College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from 2006 to 2011, both at NCU. He was Vice President of National Applied Research Laboratories from 2012-2015. Prof. Chyi has been Vice Chancellor of University System of Taiwan since 2015. He is on the local organization committee of APRI 2018.
